About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website, SoulEcho and Numeria. Please read them before starting an experience. They do not replace any rights you have under applicable law.
What the experiences offer
ETERONA offers symbolic experiences for entertainment and personal reflection to adults aged 18 or over.
SoulEcho uses your choices to select an archetype and an imagined past-life story. The characters and events are creative fiction. Numeria uses date and name calculations together with authored symbolic meanings. Neither experience verifies past lives, proves facts about your personality or predicts what will happen.
These experiences do not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You decide what, if anything, a reading means to you.
Free readings and sharing
You can begin without an account or email address. A free initial result is available after you complete the relevant experience. Where offered, sharing a card or invitation and confirming it unlocks the full online profile or storybook for your private session. Follow the instructions shown with that offer.
Visitors opening your public invitation can explore ETERONA and take their own assessment. They do not receive access to your private answers or full reading. Browser sharing and copying do not guarantee that a social platform will publish or display your card.
Saved access depends on the browser’s private session cookie and its expiry. Clearing browser data, changing devices or session expiry can remove access. Save any permitted downloads you want to keep. See Privacy & your data for storage periods and available controls.
PDF waitlists and future products
PDF downloads for new readings are currently on a waitlist. Joining records your interest and permission for one email announcing the selected PDF. It is separate from any general marketing permission. You can leave through Privacy & your data or by emailing contact@eterona.com.
A waitlist place does not reserve a delivery date, require a purchase or guarantee that a product will launch. Any price shown is information about a possible future offer, not a charge today.
The advertised launch price is $4.99 USD per product PDF, as a one-time purchase. Joining is free and does not ask for payment details. Your complete online reading stays free after sharing.
If paid products become available, we will show the seller’s details, final price, delivery information, purchase terms and applicable cancellation rights before you order. You will choose whether to buy at that time.
Using your result and our content
You may read your result, keep downloads we make available for personal use, and share the cards and invitations provided for sharing. Please do not sell, republish in bulk or commercially reuse our stories, artwork, software or branding without permission. Rights you have under applicable copyright law are unaffected.
You retain any rights you have in material you provide. You allow us to use it only as needed to provide the experience and manage the data as described in our privacy notice.
Keeping the service usable
Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s private session, bypass access controls, overload the service, or upload malicious material. We may limit access when reasonably needed to protect people, their data or the service.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the site working and correct errors when we find them. Free features may change, pause or end. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of a reading.
We remain responsible where the law makes us responsible. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. For a problem with the service, contact contact@eterona.com so we can look into it.
Changes and questions
The current terms are available here with the date above. We will explain material changes that affect an ongoing service and seek agreement where required. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen.
Questions or complaints can be sent to contact@eterona.com. Any mandatory protections or routes for resolving disputes available under the law that applies to you remain available.
