Help with a reading
Tell us whether you used SoulEcho or Numeria, what you were trying to do, and what went wrong. Include a reference or the page address if you have one. A short description of your browser or device can help us investigate.
You do not need to send your full birth date, complete answers, passwords or recovery links. We will ask if we need further information. Some browser-based sessions cannot be recovered if their cookie is lost or the session has expired.
Privacy requests and PDF waitlists
You can export or delete the current browser’s saved session, change analytics permission or leave a PDF waitlist on Privacy & your data.
If you are using another device or have lost that session, email contact@eterona.com. For a waitlist request, write from the address you used to join and tell us which product it concerns. We may need to verify requests before accessing or deleting personal information.
What happens next
We review messages and reply to the address you write from. We do not currently provide live chat or round-the-clock support. Privacy requests are handled within the time required by applicable law.
New PDF downloads are not on sale yet. Joining a waitlist is free; no payment is needed to ask for help.
